I order a very specific drink from Starbucks. I order a tall coconut milk latte with 1.5 pumps of mocha and whip cream on top. (I think technically you would call that a mocha but whatever!) I wanted to make my drink at home with real food ingredients. I do love Starbucks, but their drinks are often loaded with low quality ingredients and of course lots of sugar!
Coconut whip cream
Instructions: I typically make this in a small pan on my stovetop. Start with 1 cup of Four Sigmatic coffee in the pan and add 1 cup of coconut milk. Heat on medium to low heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons of MCT powder, 7-10 chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of Collagen peptides. Stir thoroughly allowing the ingredients to dissolve. I then transfer my coffee to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. This allows the coffee to foam and have a latte consistency. Finally I add the coconut whip cream and cinnamon on top and enjoy!
