During this time, we jump right in – we’ll discuss the emotional barriers and habits that are preventing you from reaching your long term health goals.
I first evaluate your current health as well as your future health goals. Then, I will create a specific, customized recommendations and interventions. We will meet for a 2-hour training session where we work together to empower you to implement lifestyle changes that are sustainable and effective. Finally, we will follow up two weeks later so you can ask questions and get clarification on your new lifestyle changes!

I spent years researching and studying health as a nurse and now as a nurse practitioner. However, as I wrestled with chronic depression, anxiety, and weight gain, I quickly discovered that health is more than knowledge.

Three years ago I went on a journey to find my own healing…
