If you want a quick fix or another crash diet to follow then this program is definitely not for you. However, if you want to work with someone who will take the time to get to know you as an individual, show you practical steps for incorporating real food into your diet, and help you find your why then see below!
Total reset: This is for individuals who are new to a real food lifestyle. Program includes one hour evaluation with Shelby and two 30 minute follow ups. The individual will submit their goals ahead of time and fill out a questionnaire.
Quick reset: This program is perfect for individuals who have been eating a whole food diet and just want to check in and problem solve short term issues and take their habits to the next level.
One hour consult $30
Nutrition Support Group: This is for individuals who want support and accountability in a group setting. Weekly discussions will be tailored to the group’s needs but could include understanding whole food nutrition, how to meal plan on a budget, stress management, implementing sustainable life changes etc. Recommended for 4-8 people.
4 sessions, $150 split between participants.
